Feeling stuck with feeding your child?
I'm Rachel, a PhD-qualified clinical dietitian, feeding therapist, and mum of four in a neurodivergent family. I specialise in supporting families navigating complex feeding challenges such as ARFID, pediatric feeding disorders, generalised food anxiety and sensory-based food aversions.
My innovative feeding program combines clinical nutrition, gut health, play-based feeding therapy, and the latest insights from psychology and neuroscience.
If you're stuck in a cycle of stress, guilt, and confusion around your child’s diet - and you know that traditional advice simply doesn’t work for your neurodivergent child - you're in the right place.
Create calmer mealtimes, expand your child's safe foods, and bring joy back to eating - even if your child only eats a few foods.
Supporting families face to face in the Moreton Bay Region and online throughout Australia.

About the Founder
Rachel is a PhD-qualified clinical dietitian, feeding therapist, and mum of four in a neurodivergent family. After graduating as a dietitian she completed a research PhD looking at the anti-inflammatory effects of omega-3. She has lectured at university level, worked in private practice for 15 years and completed many postgraduate trainings.
After several years running a busy face-to-face feeding clinic, Rachel recognised that many families still needed more - more support between sessions to implement skills, and more guidance they could actually apply in daily life. Driven by a deep commitment to improving care and reaching more families, she transitioned her work online to create the kind of program she once wished for in her own parenting journey. The result is the Nourish. Empower. Thrive. Feeding Program: a structured, supportive roadmap for families who’ve tried everything and still feel stuck.
Her work blends science with compassion, offering personalised strategies that actually work for neurodivergent kids. She’s here to shift the feeding conversation from pressure and power struggles to safety, confidence, and connection at the table.
