About the Founder
In 2019, I was on the brink of burnout.
​
Working long hours in a medical centre, bulk billing 12+ clients a day, and drowning in paperwork, I felt ineffective, overwhelmed, and seriously considered leaving dietetics altogether. I had graduated with honors, completed a research PhD and lectured at university level, yet at the end of each week I found myself earning far less than I expected.
​
As a last-ditch effort, I enrolled in the SOS Feeding Therapy course. While it opened my eyes to new possibilities, I found the full program rigid, complex, and not designed for the real-world needs of neurodivergent kids or overwhelmed families. The “one size fits all” model just didn’t fit.
​
Since then, I’ve immersed myself in everything related to feeding challenges in neurodivergent children - while walking the journey firsthand as a parent to my own complex, ND family. Through clinical practice, mentorship with psychologists and OTs, hundreds of therapy hours, and trial-and-error, I developed the Brain–Body Feeding Map™ - a flexible, neuroaffirming approach that actually works in today’s therapy landscape.
